About RefugeesTech RefugeesTech is an educational and technology empowerment initiative that provides training, mentorship, events, resources, and opportunities in: Coding Artificial Intelligence (AI) Robotics STEM Education Digital Literacy Entrepreneurship Career Development for refugees, asylum seekers, children of refugees, and underserved communities.

2. Eligibility To use RefugeesTech services, you must: Be at least 13 years old, or Have parental or guardian consent if under 18 years old. Provide accurate registration information. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations. RefugeesTech reserves the right to verify eligibility where necessary.

3. User Accounts Users may be required to register an account. You agree to: Keep login credentials confidential. Maintain accurate profile information. Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access. Accept responsibility for activities conducted under your account. RefugeesTech is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.

4. Educational Services RefugeesTech strives to provide high-quality educational content and learning experiences. However: Course availability may change without notice. Course content may be updated or modified. Programme schedules may be adjusted. Completion of a course does not guarantee employment, internships, scholarships, visas, residency, or admission to educational institutions. All educational content is provided for learning purposes only.

5. Certifications Certificates may be awarded upon successful completion of programme requirements. RefugeesTech reserves the right to: Verify learner participation. Revoke certificates obtained through fraud or misconduct. Modify certification requirements. Certificates represent successful completion of programme requirements and do not constitute professional licenses or government-recognized qualifications unless specifically stated.

6. Code of Conduct Users must not: Harass, threaten, or abuse others. Discriminate based on nationality, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, or any protected characteristic. Upload malicious software or harmful content. Engage in fraud or impersonation. Disrupt platform operations. Use the platform for illegal activities. RefugeesTech maintains a zero-tolerance policy for hate speech, discrimination, violence, harassment, and bullying. Violations may result in suspension or permanent account termination.

7. Child Protection RefugeesTech is committed to safeguarding children. All users must: Treat minors respectfully. Avoid inappropriate communication. Report any safeguarding concerns immediately. 9. User-Generated Content Users may submit: Projects Assignments Portfolio work Comments Feedback By submitting content, you grant RefugeesTech a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, showcase, and promote such content for educational and promotional purposes. Users remain the owners of their original work.

10. Donations Donations made to RefugeesTech are voluntary. Unless required by law: Donations are generally non-refundable. Donation funds may be allocated to programmes, operations, equipment, scholarships, and organizational development. RefugeesTech reserves the right to use donations where most needed.

11. Sponsorships and Partnerships Corporate sponsors, NGOs, educational institutions, and partners must comply with RefugeesTech policies and ethical standards. RefugeesTech reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate partnerships that conflict with its mission or values.

12. Volunteer and Mentor Participation Volunteers and mentors: Participate voluntarily. Must maintain professional conduct. Must respect learner confidentiality. Must comply with child protection requirements. RefugeesTech may terminate volunteer or mentor participation at its discretion.

13. Privacy Your use of RefugeesTech is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using RefugeesTech, you consent to the collection and processing of personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

14.
